What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please call our support line immediately:

Our support team will freeze your card so any funds that are on the card cannot be spent.

If there are any unauthorized transaction(s) made on the card while it is lost/stolen, please let our support team know so a dispute can be generated.

A new card will be issued for your use.
