Disputing a Charge

It sometimes happens that your card information is stolen when you use a merchant with poor security practices or a compromised Point of Sale (POS) reader.

Call 1-866-626-3945 to contact the card security group to investigate. If necessary, they will disable your old card, mail you a new card, and transfer your previous funds to the new card. Once you receive the new card you will have to reactivate your Dash account.

 

If You Lose Your Card

If you've lost your card, your first step is to use the Dash app to suspend or freeze your card.  By doing this you protect your account without canceling the card, so that if find it you can un-suspend the card and you don't have to wait for a replacement.

If you've suspended your card and haven't found it in a reasonable amount of time, contact your administrator, and follow the steps below to contact our card security group.

Call 1-866-626-3945 to contact the card security group. We will disable your old card, mail you a new card, and transfer your previous funds to the new card. Once you receive the new card you will have to reactivate your Dash account.
