What if I need to make a purchase larger than my available funds?

If you need to make a purchase and don't have enough money on your card, you can add or request more funds to be sent to your card.

If you are an employee:

1. Login to app.getdash.io or your Dash app.

2. Select "REQUEST FUNDS" from your home screen.

3. Enter the amount you need to make your purchase.

4. Enter a description for what the funds will be used for.

Your company Administrator will have to approve the funding request before any funds are transferred to your card to be spent.

 

If you are an Administrator:

1. Login to app.getdash.io or your Dash app.

2. Select "ADD FUNDS".

3. Ener the amount you need to make your purchase and select "ADD".

The funds will only be transferred to your card if there are enough funds available in your Company Vault.
